The 11th Hour challenges the viewer’s perception and experience of nature and asks them to whether they can readily perceive the details of a landscape. The installation consists of a four-channel projection, audio and a tree-like structure made from suspending a plastic tarp from the ceiling.
The installation creates a multi-sensory viewing experience that invites the viewer to immerse into. The spatial installation challenges preconceptions of what is nature and man-made while suggesting the unseen and unnoticed impact that man-made activities and human-made objects have on the natural landscape.
